When appropriate, yes. GLP-1 medications are prescribed after your labs and consultation confirm they’re a fit for your health picture — and they’re always paired with nutrition coaching and provider supervision, because medication alone isn’t a program.
How much weight will I lose?
We don’t promise numbers — everyone responds differently. What the published research shows: in clinical trials, adults taking semaglutide lost about 15% of their body weight on average over 68 weeks (the STEP 1 trial), and adults taking tirzepatide lost up to roughly 21% on average over 72 weeks at the highest studied dose (the SURMOUNT-1 trial).
