Hormones back in balance.
You, back to yourself.
Perimenopause and menopause rarely announce themselves politely — hot flashes, broken sleep, brain fog, stubborn weight, a fading libido, and fatigue coffee can’t fix. It’s real, and it’s very treatable. We rebalance your hormones with bioidentical therapy — pellets or creams — matched to comprehensive labs, so you get your energy, focus, and sleep back.

A routine checkup runs a handful of labs. We run an ultra-comprehensive workup — dozens of markers across your hormones, metabolism, and organ health — so nothing shaping how you feel goes unseen.

Your core female hormones — and their balance.
Testosterone (free & total), SHBG, LH & FSH
Libido, drive, and where you are in the menopausal transition.
DHEA-S & cortisol

Thyroid (TSH, free T3/T4, TPO)
A common hidden cause of fatigue and weight gain.
Metabolic & nutrient panel
CBC, CMP, A1c, fasting insulin, lipids, homocysteine, hs-CRP, vitamin D, B-12 & ferritin.

What is bioidentical hormone replacement (BHRT)?
Bioidentical hormones are structurally identical to the ones your body makes, so it recognizes and uses them the way it would its own. At HMI we prescribe compounded bioidentical estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and DHEA — dosed from your labs, not a generic template.
Pellets or creams — which is right for me?
Both deliver bioidentical hormones; the difference is rhythm and convenience. Pellets are a quick in-office insertion every 3–4 months for steady, hands-off levels. Creams are applied daily at home and are easy to fine-tune. We match the method to your labs, your symptoms, and how you like to manage your care — and you can switch.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Many women notice improvements in sleep, energy, and mood within the first few weeks, with fuller benefits as levels stabilize and we fine-tune your protocol at your follow-up labs. Every body responds differently — individual results vary.
Do you accept insurance?
Consultations and hormone therapy are direct-pay, which is what allows unhurried visits. Labs can often be submitted to your insurance (if a test isn’t covered, the insured price can exceed the self-pay rate). We provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and care is HSA/FSA eligible. Note: we have opted out of Medicare, so by law neither we nor you can bill Medicare for our services.
Do I have to live in Orlando?
No — patients travel to us from across the country and around the world. Our office is in Metrowest, Orlando, and in-person visits are the heart of the practice: we establish care in person, then many patients combine periodic office visits with telemedicine check-ins where clinically appropriate.
