What is concierge medicine, and how is it different?
Instead of billing insurance per visit, you pay one flat monthly membership — $350/month, all-inclusive. That structure is what buys you unhurried visits, 24/7 access to your care team with a provider on call, same-week appointments, and lab panels that go far deeper than a standard physical.
Do you accept insurance?
Membership and services are direct-pay, which is what allows unhurried visits and direct access. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and labs and prescriptions can often still run through your insurance. Membership is HSA/FSA eligible — we provide documentation. One important note: we have opted out of Medicare, so by law neither we nor you can submit claims to Medicare for our services.
Why is membership limited?
Because access is the product. We keep our patient panel intentionally small so every member gets time, attention, and a provider who actually knows them.
Do I have to live in Orlando?
No — patients travel to us from across the country and around the world. Our office is in Metrowest, Orlando, and in-person visits are the heart of the practice: we establish care in person, and many members then combine periodic office visits with telemedicine check-ins where clinically appropriate.
What is the HMI Standard?
Standard lab ranges describe the average of everyone tested, not the healthiest among them. The HMI Standard means we read your labs against optimal ranges — where energy, sleep, strength, and clarity actually live — and build your hormone plan and precision supplement protocol to meet that bar, not just to reach "normal."
What is precision supplementation?
We run comprehensive labs, read your numbers against the HMI Standard, and formulate a single personalized, pharmaceutical-grade daily pill that covers exactly what your biology needs. Then follow-up labs prove what moved. The $449 HMI Standard Bundle is the easiest way to start.
Is hormone therapy safe?
When it’s guided by comprehensive labs, careful dosing, and ongoing monitoring — which is exactly how we practice — hormone optimization has a strong safety record. Your provider will walk through your personal risk picture honestly before anything begins.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Everyone responds differently. Many patients report meaningful changes in energy, sleep, and clarity within the first several weeks of an optimized program, with continued gains over three to six months.
How much does IV therapy cost?
Our six drips run $179 to $299, with NAD+ from $499. Packages start at $159 for a first visit, and the Monthly Optimal drip membership is $159/month.
Do you offer weight loss medication?
Yes — provider-supervised GLP-1 programs with semaglutide or tirzepatide when appropriate, built on metabolic labs and paired with nutrition coaching. New patients start at $550 (regularly $750), consultation included.
