How is this different from my annual physical?
An annual physical is built for fifteen minutes and a checklist. An executive physical is a working session on your health: labs an annual never orders — including specialized hormone testing — reviewed line by line with a provider who has time, and turned into a twelve-month plan. You leave with answers, not a printout.
What does it cost, and can I use HSA/FSA?
Packages start at $1,795 for the half-day Prestige; The Executive half-day is $2,795; the full-day Platinum — which adds the Galleri® multi-cancer early detection test — is $5,500; and Premier, which extends through your first year, is $9,995. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds; we provide documentation, and we’ll walk through eligibility at booking.
How long does it take, and when do I get results?
Your lab draw happens in-office ahead of your day, so results are ready when you arrive. Prestige and The Executive run a half day; Platinum and Premier run a full day. You leave the building with your results explained and your roadmap in hand.
Is this covered by insurance?
Executive physicals are direct-pay, which is what buys the depth and the time. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, some labs can run through insurance, and HSA/FSA funds frequently apply — we’ll help you sort it out plainly. Note: we have opted out of Medicare, so by law neither we nor you can submit claims to Medicare for our services.
